Easy. Do some quick streching, walking fast in-place for a few minutes, etc. ALL will push your endorphins UP and you will begin feeling, and thinking positive almost immediately.

Positive thinking is really a habit that needs to be practiced and developed. So don't give up! When you find yourself dwelling on negative things, say "STOP" to yourself ... or out loud, if it's more helpful ... and think of something good, positive, happy.
