Where can I find the board they use for a mugshot?

I would like to find either the board they use for a mugshot or if anyone has an idea on how to make one, please let me know.

paint a piece of cardboard black and get white stickers to make it say what you want it to. OR somewhere they have letters that are thumbtacks so you could change what the board says.

Just get a piece of foam backed poster board, some stencils and some black paint....
