On one side it has the front of a naked chick and it says, heads you win, on the back it has the back side of a naked chick, it says tails you win.

I believe the token collectors call it a Bouncing Betty token. The have been around since at least the 1960's maybe before but kept underground so to speak. The 1960's brought us a more liberated society. It also brought us a lot of novelty items. I have a couple of them around here some place. They came in copper, brass as well as other metals. they usually sell for a dollar or two. It is more of a conversation piece than anything else.

Strip clubs in Vegas used to give them away as gags, it could be worth ten to twenty dollars, depending on which club gave it away...check with an antique dealer...can you see anything else on the coin? under a magnifying glass?
