Gee with all the drugs that are being advertised on the market, this is the first one that I have heard about being sued, which one will be next? The lawsuit shouldn't be allowed if the drug passed the goverment drug testing. It's there own fault for letting it go thru in the first place. So my answer would be no!! they should deal with it in a different manner.

I hate it when I see lawsuits like these. It's all the work of ambulance chasers who want to blame others for the abject stupidity of their clients.

These things shouldn't be allowed, if people are too dumb to take accountability for their own actions then screw 'em.

It's ridiculous. The manufacturer followed all the government rules and regulations. The fact that some people misused it is not their fault in any way.
