Well when I was 13, I couldn't drive, smoke cigs (I don't anyway), vote, go to college, date my boyfriend. At 13 I was trying to conform to be like everyone else to fit in. So I'm glad I'm not that age anymore. ;)

But now I can drive and swear at slow motorists, think about smoking a cig - while I was stressed today, voted in the last election and I can't wait for the next one, I'm finally in my major at college. Best of all I have someone who loves me for me... So I'd again say I'm happy with my age, as it's only getting better. :)

mmm..well half my age is 14 so i can drink and i can drive (not together..) i can also say whatever i want and be out to my family without caring what will happen since i live on my own now. back when i was 14 that was not an option unless i wanted to be homeless.

Vote, Drive, I'd say drink but in New Orleans we barely have a legal drinking age (i think it's a birth right here honestly), pay my own bills, stick up for myself, make up my mind, wake up in time to not miss the bus for school, talk to my mother.... i could go on...

Steven,
I'm 64 now, at 32 I was maried, in the service and had to support a wife and 3 kids that she brought too the marriage.

Today I'm divorced, single, gay and spend my retirement money on me and have my own condo paid for.

Ex-wife is deceased and kids have there own life.

For me, it's a matter of knowing more and being more emotionally mature.

I've learned a few skills such as Scuba diving. and playing the guitar.
