I would give it back without the money and donate it to charity like Robin Hood...she's got plenty of money...

I'd give it back to them the next day, with everything still in there, as they had most likely left for the day.

I would return the wallet no matter who's it was. Your self-respect & self-esteem is worth more than a few measly dollars. Honesty is its own reward.
