well folks ...looks like we are in for weeks of boring old video film of the old slappers last moments ...AGAIN... For god sake ....SKY News played the phucking video over and over again for 3 hours...!!! .,... There must be more news worthy storys than this 10 year old news item...??? Why is this air head nothing still have "Top Bill" on every pissing News channel in the UK..??..... im sure if they looked else where there would be a story out there thats more in time with "NOW" not what happend 10 years ago..

I normally love to disagree with people and debate but I have to agree with you because that is what I think too.
Yes, Diana was a caring person and, to be honest, too good for whimp Charles... but that does not change the fact that what she was doing was wrong... that her behaviour at that time was dirty !! For God's sake, she was the mother of the future king of England ! What is she doing leading that life and sleeping with that guy ?
It has now been made public that Diana and Doddi, always warned paparazzi in advance of where they were going to be!! If they REALLY wanted to avoid the paparazzi they would have easily use a helicopter to move around instead of an obvious car.... a Mercedes limousine, lol !!!
If you have seen those videos Diana is always laughing, giggling.... She was enjoying it all... hardly the behaviour of the mother of our future king, wether still married to or already divorce from Prince Charles. !!!

Well now some people actually liked Diana. I did she was in fact a very pleasant women. She put up with more interference in her life with the press than you will ever know. From my flat in Chelsea I could look out first thing in the morning and tell you before I got in the gym if Di was there. You would fight your way through press to get in and have to avoid killing them to drive out. You do not have to watch the Sky reports you must have more than one channel or maybe reading your question you have still to work out different people like different things and people.

If all this had been dealt with properly at the time we wouldn't still be talking about it now. Your rant about Diana is unfair you might not have a high opinion of her but you are obviously only going by what the press say. She was not sleeping around she was in a relationship with Dodi looking to the future. I think everyone likes to conveniently forget that it was in fact Prince Charles that was the one "sleeping around" with Camilla before and during their marriage. He certainly isn't one to praise.
Dodi's father has fought for this all to come to a conclusion and lets hope he gets one, that man is often vilified himself but he has done so much for charities too without public show. He has not changed one word of his story from the start.
For an honest opinion on Diana go and talk to all those people she visited privately who are ill or disabled all the charities she helped without us ever knowing because a lot of her time was spent doing things out of the public eye.
I can say quite confidently that she was one of the most natural, friendly people in the Royal family at the time and she bought those two boys up with a taste of what was going on in the real world. I had a young relative who worked for the Royal family he would never tell what went on behind closed doors but she was the one who he said treated them the same whether a chef in the kitchen or a Duke visiting.
There are other members of the Royal Family who deserve critiscing but she really isn't one of them.

The media loves to promote things that are emotional. It sells, simple as that. While I generally agree with you about Diana, she is revered to this day. I don't dislike her but I never found her very compelling. Others believe she hung the moon. A lot of people believe that. Soooo, you and I are treated to all Diana all of the time. This too will pass ;)

i think Mr. Fayed wanted this investigation...he has waited long enough. he lost his son remember..Diana was not the only fatality that night. its just ashame this wasnt sorted out 10 years ago!

I feel sorry that the two of them have not been allowed to rest in peace. One tabloid was asking why she was smiling in a lift and the other one claims she took the Pill. Why do we need to know all this? Let it go.
