Absolutely marvellous for October! It was sunny and warm. I have no idea what the temperature was but I was hot in a lightweight jacket and a T-shirt. I could not make the best of the weather though as I was at work, which is an office.
By the way, I live in Eastbourne on the south-eastern coast of England

Today on the East Coast of Suffolk England, it has been a fabulous day, probably the best of the whole summer, warm and very still until the late evening, I made the most of it and have been outside nearly all day.A day to remember.
