Go to Table/Autofit/Distribute Rows Evenly

Select the table so all rows are darkened. Then set the font size to some large font...like 48 points. All the rows will expand to allow the large font; that is, their height will get big.

Now deselect the table; so the rows are clear...not darkened. Now do the Distribute Rows Evenly routine. Then, redarken the entire table by selecting all the columns (do not select the whole table using the star in the upper right-hand corner).

Finally, reselect the font size you want to use; like 14 points for example. Deslect again and the rows will be at the height you got with the 48 point font, but 14 point font letters will be printed inside.

Awkward, but doable.
