My daughter ( one of three kids, two I bore) was born in another country. But we went through a lot of paperwork and interviews and medical exams to get her here.

I know the argument that the people are looikng to support their families.

So is the guy who robs 7-11. Should he get a break if he can prove that his family was about to be evicted or hadn't eaten in five days?

We arrest people who leave their kids at a fire station because they can't care for them.

I am sincerely trying to understand the logic.

Thanks.

Hello,

Because in practical reality there is no such thing as legal immigration. Rock stars and soccer players can beat the long lines and get in in a few minutes, why not the rest of us peons? You either have strict rules for all and enforce them or you flush the laws and regulations down the toilet.

Cheers,

If you are speaking of the USA,which I must assume then there are real reasons.
Watch the youtube clip I am sending you. You might get the idea. Truth in comedy always speaks loudest.
I am Canadian. We lived in the USA for the last two years. We had a house and business and friends. I sent my wife back to Panama to renew her visitors visa. Normal? Should be. She was turned down by the American embassy for no reason. Got any idea's how many Canadians live in Florida? Hundreds of thousands. My parents lived there 23 years. My grandparents are American. My great great grandfather was Sam Houston.
It destroyed our life with no recourse.
The immigration officer in Panama was a Chinese American.
No discussion of anything allowed.
Illegal is the only way... thats why.

I support it because of the saying on the statue of liberty. Give us your tired and poor. Do you know how much it costs to become a citizen in this country, close to a thousand dollars. People who actually need help are being left in the cold. I'm a citizen but I don't ever remember paying such hefty fines for being one. If you remember this whole continent is full of people who don't belong. Not even American Indians are originally from here, as they came from Asia. So if you live in this country then you are an immigrant.

No citizen supports illegal immigration! Most people just want it to be easier for immigrants to come here or they want amnesty for those who are here.

Sorry, can't help you. I don't think that illegal immigration should be supported.

Your question would have to be logical first.
