he has a lower center of gravity and is an actual powerlifter- Yes I agree he is.
Of coarse the Big Show is big, but he doesn't outweigh Mark Henry by that much in real life. Show is big and strong, but he was NEVER an olympic power lifter.

You mean big fat saggy Paul "the Big Show" Wight? Yes Mark Henry is probably MUCH stronger than "Show".
As far as Show scoop slamming Rikishi, the person getting scoop slammed does a lot of the work putting that move over, it's rarely a genuine show of strength. Now Henry lifting A-Train above his head is definately a power thing.
I actually imagine there's quite a few other WWE stars that are "stronger" than the Show as well. As a promoter it's hard to not put over a guy that's almost 7 feet tall and 400 pounds as ridiculously strong, even if he's not. Not saying he's not strong, but a lot of his "strength" is just for the entertainment value. Mark Henry laid legitimate claim to the title of "World's Strongest Man" at one point. Anyways, I'm done rambling. I'm voting Henry. Also if anyone has any wrestling talent laying around, I'd vote to give it to Henry, too. Tired I am of seeing him try and make the Undertaker look good (which is another question for another day...).

I think Mark Henry is stronger (however, Big Show is at least 50 pounds heavier). Big Show did break a guy's jaw in a bar fight once. I've seen Mark Henry lift A Train over his head and I've seen Big Show scoop slam Rikishi. I think Mark Henry is stronger but if they ever fought Big Show would win since he has a longer reach and a height advantage.

Personally i think that the Show is probably stronger but i'm known to be wrong
Mark Henry was never actually the worlds strongest man, the highest he got i believe was the bronze at the olympics, btw why is mark henry so wet?
edit: correction he was an olympian in 1992 but didn't win anything, won some random strong man competition, i think tank abbot is stronger than them both if that information helps at all

In terms of concentrated lifting strength, Mark Henry is stronger than the Big Show.
Big show is able to combine his strength with agility and skill to apply it to real world fighting, and he is much taller and heavier. In a fight, big show would dominate, but in a weight lifting contest it would be henry.

as many have stated there is some truth to his gimmick he was a worlds strongest man at one point in his life but the title is only yearly so its not in effect rite now but i believe is far stronger than the big show pound per pound. Dont count out the fact that mark is the same age as big show both being 35 so no advantage or disadvantage there.

I think so. Mark henry was an olympic weightlifter and his body is more muscle then fat, Big Show's body is more fat than muscle. Big Show had trouble picking up guys his own size whereas Mark Henry has no problem bearhugging guys his own size.
