The two questions are different. Things are finite only to the extent of our ability to measure them. The finer our scale becomes, the more infinite (uncertain) the measurement becomes. Infinite does not necessarily mean infinitely large.
The second question: Every thing which is created has a beginning and so has presumably an end. We are now in the field of philosophy and spirituality.

If your question is, "is everyone going to die," then yes.
If you're asking if the universe will ever end, then probably. It will either continue to expand at an accelerating rate, eventually resulting in a special kind of "singularity" due to a "Big Rip", or the universe may also collapse back in on itself, resulting in a "Big Crunch".
