If her hymen is intact then that is a pretty safe bet she is, but most women who are still virgins have already broken their hymen through masturbation or riding a horse, bike, athletics etc.

If she told you she is, then it is probably true, since being a virgin has little significance anymore like it once did.

Sure is , you break of hypen it bleeds and you can hardly do anything the first because of tightnness, The bleeding even if her peroid was only 2 weeks ago, the first intercourse will start the peroid all over again , it will stay that way. not really. although a doctor could examine her, some women are born without hymens or they get torn by physical activity, not sex. you'll just have to trust her to tell the truth.
