Hire a professional. Unless you can give more specifics it is likely you do not have the skill level necessary to do welding.

Go to a welding site. Better yet, take a course at a Tech school.

This is a highly specialized field and if you need to do pro work you will need to be "ticketed" that your welding conforms to regulations.

the metal deposited from your rod (the bead) is not your bondage, (more bead does not mean a stronger weld) a lot of noob welders do not understand this.
