All of us accepting each other for who G-D made us to be and loving the intricacies of those differences. I don't think killing and greed would get the best of us if we were to posses such a higher understanding of one another.

Politically it means that we all agree that when there are differences between peoples we come together and talk about a solution to the differences. We don't get weapons and kill each other, we keep talking, achieve understanding and resolve the issues by mutually agreed solutions.

Kalidasa says that the meditation of Siva is akin to the burning of Camphor when the atmosphere is still (Meghadootam). To me peace is like that, the burning of camphor in still atmosphere, un disturbed, steady, consistent, tranquil, un wavering, constantly going up, and transcending.
