I'm flying from Ohio to Hawaii in 3 weeks and asked my doctor the same question. I also will be about 4 months then. She said to get up and walk as much as possible because blood clots can form. She also said to drink at the minimum an 8 oz. glass of water every hour. Be careful, have fun and keep walking!

Yes that is fine. Make sure you drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Also, get up and take frequent walks to keep your circulation moving. I used to be a flight attendant and would drink 12 ozs of water an hour. Flying really can dehydrate you!
