I want the truth always. Don't worry about it hurting my feelings, just give it to me straight. If I get pacified or lied to, then when I find out I'm more upset than I would have been if I had been simply told the truth to begin with.

Typically the truth, but it depends on if it's something that I need to be pacified on.

The truth up-front without the B S that goes with it. No flowery speech required ... just good old God honest truth and nothing but the truth.

This is tough.
People will say that they want to hear the truth when in fact they want to have the other person feel good about them.
It's easy to say that you want to hear the truth when in fact - you can't handle the truth.
