does anyone know how much money it costs to replace a block of concrete after someone scribbles their name in it?

At least $100. You have to cut the concrete, break it up, set new forms, pour and finish. An all day job. I wouldn't do it for any less.

It depends on what the concrete block is supporting in terms of structural integrity and where it is located, for example - floor or wall. I would suggest patching it up. It will be considerably less expensive. Your local big box hardware store will give you the right mix of product required to complete this task.

You may not need to replace it. It might be possible to clean it depending on what they used.

Check Home Depot/Lowes for graffiti removal spray.

Why not just buy a small bag of cement and refinsih the spot where the name was done. shouldnt be to much from home depot

most bricks and block can be cleaned with a substance used to remove grafitti, check with your local hardware store, or your local brick and mason contractor.

Why replace it? Scrub it off, sand blast it clean, paint over it.
