Are you stressed out about driving or wherever you're going? It could be your mind tricking you into feeling physically sick because you're dreading the thought of where you're going.

Is it just in your car or any car? If it is just your car then borrow or rent another car and drive it to see if the same reaction occurs if it does then it could be motion sickness bought on by driving or some form of vertigo bought on by driving. However if you can be a passenger and a driver in another vehicle with no ill effects get you car checked out it sounds like Carbon Monoxide poisoning.

Just off the top of my head i would say that you may have some either toxins or mold within your ac or venting system or something used to clean your interior or toxic window cleaner. not knowing much about your auto so these are just guesses. ( Want = Lack)
