The RL is so soft to touch and the bag by itself is lighter. They have the same bag in Black and white..will that be better than brown ( in terms of matching with more outfits)

The Ralph Lauren one is so much cuter. I have about 4 different diaper bags ( I made most of them).....Nothing ends up in the compartments, it all (in due time) will end up all over the bottom of the bag!

I'm not crazy about either of them, but if I had to pick I'd go with the brown one. Although, some compartments are essential in a bag. But, you could buy a few small clear plastic makeup bags and organize things in those. I have one with diaper cream, small tube of sunscreen, nail clippers, and tylenol. It makes it super easy to grab what I need.
I usually buy a tote bag to use as a diaper bag, I have a hard time finding actual diaper bags that aren't too babyish looking.
Try looking at Kohl's, Target, or TJ Maxx. Sometimes if you look in the work bag section, they have cute bags that could instead be used as a diaper bag.

From my experience the more space the better, I had one that had all sort of compartments and I never used any of them after a while since it was easier just to toss stuff in the bag and go. After about a month I went out a got a big tote bag which I enjoyed much better, plus it was less expensive.

go for the graco. The more compartments the better. Its easy to lose track of what you have stuffed in a big diaper bag. With the pockets you can designate a spot for keys and wallet, for wipes, for bottles, for toys etc. With the big open bag it all ends up jumbled, which sucks when you are searching for a pacifier or diaper ointment and the baby is screaming!!!

Id go with number 1 because you will want compartments to put your stuff in too b/c you do not need a purse and a diaper bag...

I dont care for either. Visually I like the Ralph one a little better, but considering this is something you carry through seasons, the plaid looks so "fallish" I think youre better with a solid or more neutral print.

Also if you're travelling on a plane alot, you might want more of a backpack one. If you go to pick up your kid, or lean over, or have to go to the bathrrom, you dont want to be dealing with it. Plus you'll be stuffing it full for the plane, and it will get heavy. Or at least one you can wear diagonally.

Also above, she's right about the compartments, we rarely used them. Plus on the plane you might be seperating things into ziplocs anyway.

I would use the one that has the compartments. The less you have to look for something the better. I know that I can send someone to get something out of my bag and they dont have to dig. It is easer for me also. I also would try to keep the bag packed at all times, when you get home try to clean out the dirty and put back clean!!! Also remeber to keep a change of clothes for you also.
