Mandatory 15 hour team building on a Saturday? Any one ever heard of this?

I don't know about 15 hours in one day but in my last job we had a whole day of teambuilding(8-9 hours)

It all depends on what is planned. I would expect lunch and dinner out of it if not breakfast as well.
