Normally, you would use your restore discs (that came with your pc). Pop it in your drive, restart your pc & it should start the restore process on startup.
However, as you have changed your motherboard, your restore discs may not work as they will be configured for your old board (Unless your new board is either the same or very similar).
My advice would be to try the restore discs, but if they don't run, you might have to buy a Fresh copy of Windows & install that.

A little more info would be nice. What type of computer. What operating system do you wish to use.
If you have an operating system installation cd, install it and then load the drivers that came with the mobo, and any add on cards, (video, sound, etc) that you have installed.
On the other hand, if you own a "restore" operating and you have changed to a mobo from a different manufacturer, then you will probably need to purchase either XP or Vista.

On boot up keep tapping F2 (might be F12,Del or Esc) until yo get the setup screen. Look for restore BIOS to factory/default, do so, save and exit. Re-start.

IF you have HP or Compaq you will have the recovery option that allow you to go back to factory setting, and you can get help from HP support website, may be from other pc manufuctiorers also,, thats your best bet...

some computers provide a 'restore to factory settings' option, so you can do that or reboot it manually when the system is loading
