Per the popularity comment, do they realize Noah will likely join the top ten this year or the next? It just made the top 25 two years ago, and was already up to 15 last year. VERY popular, and only on the rise ... just some info they may find helpful, if they really don't want a name that's "way too popular." :)

Given their agreement on Noah, however, it seems Norah might appeal should this turn out to be a girl. ;) Likewise, if they like the masculine crossover Taylor, but want something a bit less common, they might also consider ...

Harper
Rowan
Hadley
Finley
Fallon
Ainsley
Teagan

Hope that helps!

Edited to add: If Taylor is too popular for them, you certainly wouldn't want to suggest Alyssa, Ella, Hailey, Kayla (Makayla/Michaela), Addison, Savannah, Nevaeh and the like. All are in the top 50 ... some even MORE common than Taylor. Addison, especially (which I believe was suggested a few times), is likely THE fastest rising girl name out there. It went from not even being in the top 100 to nearly the top 25 (at 27) last year alone! It will likely close in on the top ten in the next year or so. Very, very popular. Just a note of caution! ;)

I named my baby Kayla. Gianna is a gorgeous name. I like the name Taylor also, oh well if its too popular, if they both like it.

If they like Taylor, how about just Tay? Or Tai?

I'd choose Ivy. Love the name, it's unique and pretty.
