What I truly find interesting is the responses of those that don't care merely because he might not share their ideology. Pretty sick right, hippy?

Maybe his tombstone should read Moore, Sir Roger Moore with a image of crossed pistols and a martini glass.

I was saddened by his death, even though we all knew it had to be coming. He was, in my opinion, one of a kind and the greatest movie critic of all time. 1. Rodger Ebert 2. Peter Travers 3. Gene Siskel 4. Pauline Kael 5. Rex Reed

That is a shame--Roger Moore was a great actor.

As for the political dimension--I think it says something that the cons only seem to have fictional characters as heros.

Who starts these pointless Internet rumors that Moore has died? For that matter, who cares enough about Roger Moore to want to bother starting a rumor that he has died?

I believe Roger Moore was a good actor, and it is a shame he passed away, but exactly why is this in politics?

CNN doesn't have the story.

Neither does the BBC.

If true then it is "No Moore, no more", but since the story is not true, the epitath will have to wait for him to die another day.

The truth. He was a second-rate hack who appeared in a series of formulaic poorly written action movies in the 70's and 80's.
