Not Sierra. I think it is starting to sound a little dated.
Cassiopeia, Calliope and Aurora are gorgeous names. And since they all have easy nicknames - Cassie, Callie and Rory - there's no need to fret about sticking your kid with a mouthful of a given name.
I like them all, but I'll choose Aurora over the others.
In mythology, Cassiopeia was not a nice person, and if Clash of the Titans is a reliable source, ended up calling up the wrath of a sea monster on her kingdom.
Calliope is a muse, so that's a good thing, but Aurora seems like more of a goddess of action - rousing the weary from their beds every morning as she pulls her chariot across the sky.
Then again, maybe that's a little too appropriate for a newborn. ;)
Happy baby!

I love Calliope! Aurora is nice, if a little Disney princessy. I would skip Cassiopeia, because this is the correct spelling, and it's incredibly hard for anyone to get right. Sierra is too trendy for me, but it's not bad at all. Lou sounds incomplete to me.
Calliope Louisa is nice, maybe think about that?
Aurora Louise is also cool.

Sierra is the only choice there that doesn't appeal to me at all. Far too trendy and dated (quickly moving down in popularity, but being replaced by the similarly-trendy, one-letter-off -- depending on how you look at it LOL -- Sienna). Nothing there that would excite me, know what I mean?
Of the others, I LOVE both Calliope and Aurora. Both wonderful, interesting names with nickname options (always a good thing).
Cassiopeia is intriguing, but I'd stick with the most familiar spelling. I believe Cassiopea is also a commonly-known variant, but Cassiopia just seems more like someone unfamiliar with the spelling tried to sound it out, if that makes sense.

I am sure you love all these names... the only one I can even remotely favor would be Aurora.
But I am with everybody else why did you pair Sierra with Lou? I think those are cute alone... but not paired together at all.
Good luck and congrats!

Cassiopia you could call her "Cassi" for short. I think out of the names you chose I like Cassiopia (since it is a star constollation)
Calliope you could call her "Calli" for short.
