Hmmmm ... now this an old school list! I'd choose Maud, even though it doesn't lend itself to a nickname. Maybe Maud Lilias or Maud Berengaria, though that's kind of a mouthful.
Nan and Elsie strike me as nicknames, not formal names. So Anna called Nan or Elspeth called Elsie, sure. But not on their own.
The only name I really don't care for is Una - just don't care for the sound.
Happy baby!

Agatha is the best of the bunch, Lucille, but I actually prefer the nickname (lucy, Lucie, Luci) to the full name. Hope you'll pair any of these names with a more "modern" middle name.

I actually really like Lilias. I'm not fond of most of the others, but this one seems to have a nice look and ring to it. Nick names could include Lili/Lily, Lil or Lia.
Cute name!

I'm not really crazy about any of them. Most of them don't scream "i'm a baby" to me. They sound more like a mature woman's age. I guess my favorite would be Elsie, just because it's one that a child can grow older with, and she can go by some cute nickname (Elle).

They all sound so southern, but I like Lilias. It's really different and actually I've never heard that name before- it's pretty! Go for that one!
