Harvey Dent isn't going to be a bad guy unless they convert him near the end of Dark Knight. So far The Joker is the only one I have read about. Harvey, Gordon, and Batman are supposed to join forces to battle The Joker.
There are rumors that Cillian Murphy will be back as The Scarecrow. The official website for Dark Knight only has an image of the Bat Signal and when you click it, you get a pop up window with a picture of Eckhart as Dent.

i admire RDJ, yet i'm afraid it would not artwork. The Joker desires to be a minimum of 6 ft, greater if achievable. Plus the age would not in good shape. The Joker isn't at evening Knight Rises which has extraordinarily plenty wrapped up filming now. no person would desire to do Heath's Joker in any case. confident down the line yet another actor will play the Joker returned, even though it is not "Heath's" interpretation. regrettably we would desire to discover ways to enable go. I omit HL and his appearing extraordinarily. i admire RDJ in something additionally.

I have heard that Harvey "Two-Face" Dent will be in the film!!! Aaron Eckhart is playing him.
I cant wait, Heath Ledger as The Joker looks fantasticly terrifying!!!

I always liked the Riddler a lot so I would like to see him in it as a minor character. I think it would take away from the movie if there are too many villains. Remember Batman Forever and Batman and Robin. It might be cool if Catwoman makes a cameo too. Too bad Michelle Pfeifer is too old to play her again!
