Disgusting.
What is it with the judges on cases like this? Paedophilia is a mental illness for which there is no known cure. These people do not change, they are convinced that children want to have sex with adults.
I can only conclude that either the judge does not understand the seriousness of what he is dealing with or has sympathy for the man involved.
Two years? The man should be locked away, never to be allowed out in society again.

They have to be mentally retarded. Anyone normal
would know a 10 year old was not 15 as soon as she opened
her mouth.
Poor baby. Where was her mother for gods sake when she
was out meeting these men. You should know where a 10year
old girl is and what she is doing at all times.
I can't think of any punishment bad enough to make these men
pay for what they did. Just evil, pure evil!!!

I believe it is indicative of what is going on in the judiciary systems internationally, especially in "western" nations. It is almost as if societies are being "re-educated" or
"re-trained" to find acceptable or appropriate the most heinous of deeds - forcible gender reidentification, pedophelia, mass indoctrinization, human experimentation, slavery and subjugation. Though world leaders may be speaking out against these atrocities, the enforcement bodies i.e. the judiciaries are sorely failing in their duties to uphold the law as written as well as by fabricating "interpretations" of law so that they no longer protect the interests of society-at-large. The Judiciary must be checked and held accountable.

I think it's disgraceful and no deterrent to Paedophiles whatsoever. Personally I advocate bringing back capital punishment for paedophiles, rapists, murderers and terrorists with advances in DNA identification there is far less likelihood of innocent people being wrongly convicted and sentenced to death. At least then the tax payer doesn't have to pay to keep these scum alive.

It just shows how screwed up our sentencing laws are. Some people get 10 years for a non-violent crime like drug abuse, then rapists get a few years. I see this over and over again and it just defies any reason or logic. This really makes me sick and if I was the parent of one of these victims jail would be the least of this guy's worries. I'd see to it he got what was coming to him when he got out.

i read the story and it appears the men trried to get away with it by saying the girls said they were older. he said she said she was 15 and had met him a few times.#
Even at 15 its underage illegal sex!!!!! there is absolutely no way this sentence is justified.
I wonder if the judge had a 12 year old or ten year old daughter would he feel the same way????

It's diabolical that this should happen. It makes me wonder which world judges actually live in, as it's surely not the real one. I have said over and over again that our judicial system sucks and need sorting out and judges that do this should be struck off and be made to do the time they have failed to dole out.

INSANE! He should be jailed for life. When he gets out he will repeat and maybe worse, kill! Most of the people who kidnap and kill children are repeat offenders. It's like these disgusting child predators have more rights then the children who are the true victims!
