Does anyone know when we are supposed to inforce it? Is it 2% or 6%? I've heard so many different things! Thanks!

I believe it's effective immediately! 6%. And the services, ouch! If Michigan doesn't start creating an environmnet that will foster capitalism and encourage business to come here, taxes will be raised again and again and again. (That's the Dem's solution to everything!) Plus it'll push business away! Time to vote in some Republicans and get rid of Granholm and the libs! She may be pretty but she doesn't know what she's doing!

Service Tax? What in the h@## is that supposed to be? Just another way for government to bleed the public! Your governor and Indianas governor should get together! sounds to me like they're both greedy sob's!

I don't know, but with such a huge shortfall, you should vote out all the state representatives.
