Marco from the Warriors 18th pick 1st round. This guy can shoot the lights out, he can slash to the hoop, very athletic.

i think that Noah is an outstanding player and that he is going to have a good season. The thing is we already know he is going to have a good season, he is on a great team and will improve with his teammates and his practice. The player that will be the most surprising this year rookie wise is going to Cory Brewer, this boy is going to have to take the leading role with Al Jefferson to help the Wolves compete. Look out for brewer he will sneak up on Durant for that rookie of the year!!! (;
I hope all the rookies do well this year, good luck to all of them!

Joakim Noah seems to be the player with the best chance to make a splash. His non-stop motor should fit right into the NBA game.
But don't sleep on Alando Tucker with Phoenix. He's got a sweet stroke & fits in well with their transition game. They've been looking for a good shooter at the 3. He might just fit the bill better than anyone thinks.

The most surprising rookie will definitely be Bulls rookie Joakim Noah. He's an explosive player and will bring tons of energy to the Bulls line up. He's really underrated.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but the most surprising thing about this rookie class is that Greg Oden will not play a single game. There's a reason he went No. 1. But other than the big guy you have to go with Kevin Durant. Wow, what an incredible player.

Marco Bellineli should surprise alot of people. Most people think he's just another European shooter, but he's definitely a scorer. Really crafty with the ball, very skilled. And playing in Don Nelson's offense can only help.
Al Horford can probably surprise alot of people. Physically he's there already, but he's more polished around the basket than most people think.

Joakim Noah is an explosive player with a lot of energy and he is way too much underrated... and plus there is no pressure on him to perform because he has the likes of Ben Gordon who is the go to guy. Ben Wallace is the rebounder and defender... Nocioni is the guy off the bench who can shoot the rock and hustles after loose balls... So... Joakim Noah is going to be asked to have a supporting role... He could possible start alongside Wallace, Deng and in the backcourt... Gordon, & Hinrich...
