no the sovereign is the master of everything under the realm. as it is said, something like: sovereignty divided is sovereignty destroyed.
so even an individual living within a svereign territory by his own rules as an absolute master will destroy the sovereignity of the concerned territory.

First I don't think it's a tyranny of the majority because the minority is supposed to be protected too. A lot of revolutionary ideas, inventions and human progress in general came about because one person or a minority went against the common view or has though out of the mentality of the herd.

The social contract while giving power to vox pupuli also protects the minority by reminding the majority that the minority might hold the truth

Is it possible to live within the sovereign and not be part of the contract? No, in theory one is born into the contract the only way to be out of the contract is to live in a society that does not practice such contract (or in isolation think stuck in an island scenario). The contract is the defining structure of the society that follows it and to be born in such society automatically blankets you under the contract.

If you take no part in any public organization or event, schools, churches, roads, stores...
All of these are part of the social contract in one way or another.
Paying taxes is also part of it, and it is something that many people try to avoid and fail. So that is not one that I would recommend.
