No, probably the stomach flu. The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test. They are pretty inexpensive and pretty accurate.

Did your girlfriend have a"normal" period? Because it mat have been "implantation bleeding" as opposed to a period. Implantation bleeding does not look like a regular period, it is usually lighter and pinkish or brownish in colour as opposed to bright red. Implantation bleeding occours when the fertilized egg travels from the uterus and burrows into the lining of the uterus. It usuallu occours a week to a few days before the time when your period would normally start. Talk to your girlfriend and find out what the bleeding was like and whether it occoured at the normal time of her period or not. She may want to go get a pregnancy test, and pay a visit to the doctors to get fully checked out. I wish you all the best.

Go to a drug store and buy 3 different types of pregnancy tests. It is not uncommon for a pregnant woman to still have her period, especially during the first trimester. Buy her the tests and make her feel comfortable, assure that whatever the outcome you will not leave her.
Good luck!

Sounds like a visit to the doctors office is in order. My gf has had her last two periods and has been very sick for the last week and a half. We just found out we're gonna be parents again! Woo hoo! Good Luck!

If she just had her period, like you said, then I highly doubt that she is preggers. It wouldn't be impossible though, so you might want to tell her to take a test. Some women still have their period when they are preggers. If you aren't tying to have a baby, I suggest that you wrap it up or use some other form of birth control. It only takes one time and one sperm to make a baby.

You can still have your period and be preggers. Have her take the test or go to a doctor.

No, it's stress.
Start using condoms, dear. And help her through whatever is driving her crazy.
