For Danica, I don't mind either way. To me, Danika looks more Scandinavian, and Danica looks more French or Italian. Oddly enough, I only like the name Annika with a K. Annica looks silly to me.
I definitely prefer Lily to Lilly because it looks more feminine, and because it is the way the flower is spelt. Lilly is still acceptable, though, if it's a nickname for Lillian.
They're both very pretty names.

I prefer the C spelling of Danica. Just a bit softer, and more traditional.
Both Lily and Lilly have long been used as acceptable spellings -- sort of akin to Scarlet as a name usually being spelled with two ending Ts -- so I don't really have a preference there. Of course, if you're a Chicago fan or if it would be a nickname for Lillian or Lillias, Lilly would actually make MORE sense than Lily. LOL All a matter of opinion, that one. ;)
