How is it racist to secure ones borders?

It is never Racism to secure the borders of a nation. It is the primary purpose of the government to protect its citizens from enemies both foreign and domestic. In this case securing the borders of our nation falls under this priority. The National Guard is part of the process and the money that will be spent is greatly outweighed by the money lossed because of terrorists, and illegal immigrants entering the country.

Cananda and the US are the only nations in the world that have not secured their borders. It's time for us to get on board.
No other nation in the world has the kind of failed immigration
policy that we do.

Providing for the common defense is what taxpayer money is supposed to be spent on. The September 11th terrorists got into America due to a poorly run visa program. Have other terrorists yet to strike come into America across the weak and porous border? We have no idea. That is why we need to reform how we issue visas, who we allow on aircraft, how we equip and operate airports and control the border.

If you are suggesting that democrats do not want to control the border I agree with you. In fact, would you please keep driving that point home prior to the general election?

My friend, it takes two parties in tandem to pass a law....of any sort.
ex. If you go back to the legislation passing the civil rites act, you would find that, more republican congressmen voted for the act than democrats.
My point is.....get your head out from beneath the sand and become more of an independent thinker
