It's a possibility. One persons trash is anothers treasure. My grandpa used to get wood scraps for his various woodworking projects. He made flower pots, doll furniture, etc etc etc.......so yes, somebody will want your scraps.

All the previous answers are good,
trash/treasure/bartering/firewood. My question back to you is, what's the quality & quantity of the wood. Is it really worth an advertisement? Couldn't you set it outside with one of the boards painted "FREE BE" ?

Sure, some people would use it for fire wood. Put an ad in the paper.

Unless theyre some high quality wood with no imperfections then I would recommend giving them away for free. You would get rid of them faster that way. Or if you have lots of sales people in your neighborhood try doing some kind of trade deal.

I regularly see adds of this type in the paper. Also i would suggest free services like Craigslist to offer it, it shouild be gone in a couple of days this way.

Somebody might. Or you could join your local Freecycle group and offer it there.

Good luck!
