Hi Lior,
I have no idea about babies and not too much about Amsterdam, sorry, but here's a list of all 46 babystores in the Amsterdam region as listed in the yellow pages... http://yellowpages.goudengids.nl/category_Baby+articles_Region:AMSTERDAM-1.html
I suggest you start calling them, most will speak English I assume...
I hope this helps, let us know if you have anymore questions.

You'll have very little trouble finding people who speak English in Amsterdam. But here's a useful phrase to find out:
'Spreekt u Engels'? It means 'Do you speak English? It's polite to say 'mevrouw' to a woman or 'meneer' to a man, so to a woman you'd say 'spreekt u Engels, mevrouw?' and to a man 'spreekt u Engels, meneer?'
Pronunciation: Spraykt oo engels mevrow/minayr.
Nobody's expecting you to say it perfectly, but they will certainly appreciate the effort.
