When they are small, a couple of quick taps with a wodden spoon then grounding time out or whatever gets their attention. lovingly and consistantly as if their life depended on it because it does!

Not very well, I try timeouts that doesn't work. I can't get them to sit, and stay there. I do ground them. Taking away things that they like seems to help the older one. I can't get my kids to listen to me. It's so frustrating.

Well Im not really sure because the only punishement I got was yelled at. I think I would take things away and also give woopens

Just like other parents; no tv/pc games if you don't do this and that...
l reward them for good work but give them the 'killer look' with a bit of sermon if they misbehave. l rarely spank.

my 15 yr old i just take his stuff from him like his pc, and not allow him to do things that he enjoys. i used to spank him when he was younger but stopped b/c i do not like the idea of children being afraid of their parents
