Is Panda Express healthy or not? I usually order Broccli Beef or Kun Poa Chicken or Beef and Veggie Roll with Steamed rice or Chow Mein.

Not Healthy. It is just as bad as any fast food. Most dishes are fried and the sauces are high in sugar, sodium, colors, preservatives etc. There are some veggies but I would compare them to the lettuce and tomato on a burger (as far as nutritional value).

On the other hand...that Orange Chicken is sooooo good.

Kung Pao Chicken is about 240 cals per serving. Beef w/ Broccoli is about 150 Cals per serving. Veggie spring rolls are 80 cals per serving. The chow mein is 390 calories. For more on what their foods have in it, check out this site. http://www.peertrainer.com/DFcaloriecounterB.aspx?id=9281

Generally it's alright but some I have found to be on the oily side. It's really better than most fast foods like McD's burger and fries combo.

It's not healthy. Everything is cooked in lots of oil. Most of the dishes are fried.

It's not the healthiest for you. There are better alternatives. But it sure beats greasy fast food.
