Invincibility/perfect health all the time.
I'd walk the bad parts of town and when someone tried to mug me, I'd whip their butts and call the cops to haul them in.
I'd also get a ton of cash from going into places that are deadly to work on them like Chernobyl.

I'd like to be able to manipulate time...
I'd go back in time to the last time I was truly happy and then freeze time in that moment - maybe not forever but for a pretty darn long time.
Man that would be cool...
