I don't have an Uncle Bob, but when Patrick was an infant and was starting to develop his neck muscles, my wife Kathy and I would call him "Bob", because he would be sitting in a crawling position, with his head bouncing around like a bobble-head doll.
Within a few more weeks he got the hang of keeping his head up unsupported, for extended lengths of time.
