If you must know, the first one (Denise) is certainly prettier to my mind.
Having said that, however, you shouldn't gauge attractiveness by looks alone. That's a superficial way of looking at people.

from my side, only by face the first one looks more attractive. becoz she has a thicker lips, it makes her look more generous.
