I don't believe that your marriage is legal since your wife was still married. Perhaps you should speak to an attorney and get some legal advice.

You need a lawyer quick!Your wife could go to prison for bigamy, and no your marriage isn't legal, not in Texas anyway.I know that because I perform wedding ceremonies.Mostly for people in the lifestyle that don't want a typical wedding. Some want to exchange collars, some want the wedding in the nude or in handcuffs. It can be a riot to see a father give his daughter away by giving her new husband the key to her handcuffs!
No your not married but if you are in your state then your wife is going to JAIL.

yes you're probably married. contact a family law attorney to find out.

it's interesting that a person wouldn't know whether they were divorced or not? it's not official until you have the divorce documents signed by the judge...

and more interesting that she'd jump from one marriage straight into the next? that tells me a lot about her.

How can you not know it wasn't finalized? Didn't she receive the papers after they both signed it and was ruled by a judge? Hard to not know you're not divorced yet. You probably need to consult a lawyer.

yeah your married! i just wouldnt go around doing that all the time. The only thing you gotta worry about is marrying someone else while you know you are still married, and not doing anything about it. Heck i dont think the law cares if you marry someone else as long as you are divorcing the other person

Read this link and you will get some idea. The best is to consult your lawyer in your country for accurate information.

your marriage is void, as in does not exist. The first marriage is valid in almost all states. Get a lawyer

yes, you are married and no one is going to really care about 11 days, not even a judge or lawyers or anyone.
