I have an Xbox 360 and I was considering picking up one the Guitar Hero games. I was wondering if the games are really worth the hype or not? I just need some feedback on the series. Thank you!

These games rock. Even my girlfriends who hate videogames are able to get into this one. Its become a series for a reason, because tons of people love it. Buy some beer and a friend with the game and check it out for yourself.

The Guitar is nicely nicely actual worth the money because of fact it is created completely for that game. utilising the Wii controller is attainable in spite of the undeniable fact that it lacks the easiness and the texture for the game.

yes once you play it, you become hook on it, im waiting for the third one to come out and get guitar hero 2 rock the 80 is not bad but i don't like 80 music that much and get the wireless guitar way better

Yes, because they have songs might of never heard of but you would really like em and guitar hero 3 is online

they are really excellent, revolutionary games. however, if you have a 360, i strongly recommend picking up rock band, which is a much better game that guitar hero (with the same theme)

Yes they are very fun and easy to learn. Once you get to the lvl hard then the game gets frustrating. I have only been able to do the norm lvl.

Even though I am still a SNES or Genesis type guy and not up-to-date on the new systems, my cousin has that game. It was actually very cool and fun.

I've played them but don't like them. I suppose they are mostly liked by teen and 20-somethings.
