Ok so , I have been on the depo for alamost 2 years , My period Ended in Late march / early april (2007) , havent had one since. This week though I have noticed that when I wipe a lil bit of Blood show on the tolite paper , it's not alot of blood , it actually looks like watered down blood kinda with a pinkish tone to it , my question .. is that a noraml thing ? Just trying to set my mind at ease so any info would be wonderful !

Terri .. As i respect your problems with the shot , I have had no problems with the shot. I have not gained any weight since being on the shot , I love the shot , an I will stay on the shot. I just had a question that needed answered , an thank you for that.

I love Depo as well. What's going on is normal. It's still a slight shedding of the lining, nothing to worry about. I have been on Depo twice and my period has stopped as soon as I started both times. I've never had side effects but if I stress myself too much I will bleed a little.

I am also on depo (not as b/c but for menstrual problems) and I too sometimes see that but it's normal spotting.

Depo isn't for everybody just as b/c pills aren't either. Simply because is doesn't work for someone, doesn't mean it will not work for the next person. Everyone's system is unique, different to everyone else's.

Its normal. Lots of women experience horrible side affects on depo.

I myself was on it for four years and it was horrible!

Please look at the below link and reconsider the shot!
