No, but you would have to provide details in the description to authenticate it somehow. Anyone can sign a name on a piece of paper.
It wouldn't be worth much without authentication.

im pretty sure you can sell w/e on ebay as long as its not like drugs or anything like that...some one sold a sandwitch a celeb. took a bite out of so i don't think an autograph is a problem
