having qualified to drive just about everything on the road in my past and gaining several R.O.S.P.A. awards, l think with the way the tests have changed and my bad habits picked up down the years l would probably not pass the tests

Only with a little study of the rules since it has been nearly 10yrs or better. The La. drivers test has changed. My children and two sisters, one a Chief of Home Economics. All had to retake the test. I studied like crazy and would have failed if I had missed one more answer. The test was not difficult, but the wording of the questions were very confusing. Now it is much easier and more self explanatory. Hardly any one was able to pass the test the first time. I would take the test orally the next time.

Go and get some shut eye - if you are awake and perky you have a much better chance! One tip, chat up the tester a bit! I swear I only passed because my guy was a farmer and I could talk to him about tractors! On the way from the office to the car talk to them and it really will help. Also, check the mirrors, do everything slowly and carefully, and just drive like you know you can!

No, I had a mock test about a week ago (actually, it was exactly a week ago) and I got 23 minors... I wish I could pass it tommorow, it would save a lot of money!

Actually, I was teaching a friend to parallel park the other day, and they test you on the passenger side, and I can barely do it.
The parallel parking outside my house is on the driver's side, so I park that daily.
Maybe.

I have a full driving licence but don't drive very often, so it's doubtful.
