Woke up on the wrong side of the bed and were really moody? Just wondering if a lot of people have had this experience. Today I woke up really cranky. The problem is I can't even point a finger at just one reason why I am mad. I just have had a few things stressing me out and today I woke up mad about everything. Being stuck and traffic just added to my frustration. I went to get me a cup of coffee and some breakfast. Hopefully that helps.

My finances are really stressing me out a lot. My job situation is as well. I have been applying to numerous jobs but no luck yet. I am currently a contractor. My job isn't the complete pits but it lacks the things that I need. For example, I don't accrue any type of leave. If there is a emergency, or I get sick and have to take off I don't get paid for those days. I don't get any form of benefits, and they are pricey to pay for on your own. I am just now trying to get back on my feet. 8 months ago I was in a car accident that turned my life completely upside down. I had to be out of work for almost two months and as a result lost my job my first day back (I was a contractor then as well). Since then I have been going from one temp job to the next taking pay cut after pay cut just trying to stay afloat. Finally I landed this contract position and I am still trying to get caught up on bills. Sorry for rambling. But I feel a little better expressing this. I never talk about it.

I hope you turn your day around, too.

Sometimes hormones can play a role in those "cranky" days.

Try pampering yourself a little today. You can turn it around.

Hang in there,

Do you wake up to an alarm? If so, an alarm with a pleasing sound can help, try that out. To answer you question of "Have you ever?", yes I do believe I've awaken in a bad mood, but it's usually attributed to a bad nights sleep.

Hi Apples
Yeah well at least you are able to analyse what it is with you. How much further ahead are you? Some people have those same feelings and never bother to share them. Thereby never raising the overall level of consciousness.

Every bed has two sides and one can wake up from either of the two.Living in the twenty second century,we have to be rationale and discard any such false beliefs.

Yes. I am frustrated today, too about finances and stuff. I even feel like leaving work: but I won't.

I hope you feel better, Apples.

You bet!

Things that can cause it are low blood sugar, stress, unsolved things on your mind, lack of intimacy, on and on.

Eat some food and see if that helps. Good luck!
