Close up shots last night of Carlos Zambrano appear to show signs of some serious crazy psychosis or something..... spit and slobber and all kinds of stuff on his face... what is up wit dat?

He may be able to play baseball, but he just looks crazy as a bedbug!!

Do you think he will eventually just go completely off the deep end and ruin his career?

Kevin B, you are out of your mind as well! Look at the other responses! John Rocker was a nut and has a short career. Pitchers don't get "pumped up"!

The league is packed with players who have class and recognize sportsmanship. I repeat!!! Zambrano is a NUT!!!!!!!!! And he's gonna prove it.... Just give him time!!

And I thought I was the only one who was seeing that! I think you may be right. A very loose cannon! We all know that he's got a short fuse to begin with and it probably wouldn't take much to really set him off. Something to keep an eye on!

Completely off the deep end like giving his (former) starting catcher Michael Barrett two black eyes in the locker room after a dugout scuffle? He has already had his moments, and he is so unstable it is frightening. The fact the Cubs signed him for such a long time is also scary, because you are right, one of these days he just might go too far. No doubt the guy is a nut job.

properly in the experience that your team is play like crap, then he does have a splendid to assert something. he's likewise pointing out the obtrusive. The numbers tutor this. And faster or later, the team and the administration needs to attain that that's not a curse, they only have a team, for some reason can not preform as a team.i don't think of there is something which may be accomplished, a minimum of not something wanting eliminating everyone, buying and promoting for brand spanking new gamers and the two getting a clean stadium or moving to get a clean commence. so a great way as calling them a AAA team, it may be unfair when you consider that maximum different AAA communities could probable play greater useful in the event that they could play on the MLB point. BQ:i desire he demands to be traded. you may sense undesirable for a guy who's probable the excellent pitcher, and probable the excellent participant on the team greater often than not. He could be on a team that wins.

All this talk about "he's just a fierce competitor" and "he's just fired up" is a load of crap. It's no secret the guy is unstable. When is it EVER acceptable to go off on your teammate like he did to Barrett? We all lose our cool sometimes, but we don't deck the guy who just sat behind the plate catching us. He's worse than Julian Tavarez. And that guy's definitely got some chemicals a bit mixed up.

That's actually one of the prerequisites to play on the Cubs. His career is already ruined. He won't last too long. He'll end up strangling some ex-girlfriend or catcher soon enough.

He's on a unstable team thats going nowhere fast thats for sure so it wouldn't surprise me if he is. He did fight a teammate that he's cool with in the dugout.

Yeah, he's pretty much nut's. But not crazy enough to negate his pitching skills though.

He'll probably lose his **** when he gets older and his skills and physical tools deteriorate.

He is a high energy pitcher that has reacted the way you saw him last night his entire career. When he is not pitching he comes across a lot differently.
