It's official . This is the worst coverage I have ever seen in my life of any professional, college or even high school sport. I had friends over to watch the Red Sox lose last night (wishful thinking) and we were all puking while watching the game, and it had nothing to do with Ortiz hitting that bomb or my friend who kept releasing air treats after eating tacos. We ended up missing the first out at least a half a dozen times because TBS was at commercial. It seemed like you could hear a mouse fart in Fenway and I know that's one of the loudest parks in baseball. Did they have mics anywhere? The announcers made me think of death - they're not far from it. Arizona vs. Chicago was completely different. That at least resembled a professional sport. So are you still a fan of TBS? Are you starting to miss Fox and ESPN right about now?

Since when did Chris Berman announce ESPN baseball? Are you thinking about John Miller? If you are, you're so wrong!

The 2 guys who did the Red Sox game nearly put me to sleep.

Awful.........I'd much rather hear Joe Buck on Fox.

Please tell me that Fox is doing the next round?

TBS hired random people. For example, Don Orsillo, the telecaster of the Rockies and Phillies, is a good telecaster, but the problem is chemistry. The guys are not used to National braodcasting, where they have to restate the obvious about teams, and the broadcasters don't know eachother well because they were put together just a few weeks ago. The color commentators were very quiet, and they made it sound like we were playing a mid-June baseball game. But FOX will be broadcasting LCS and World Series, so thats something to look forward to, even though they do a greta job of making you nervous.

They did a good job. Fox and ESPN have almost ruined baseball with the constant barrage of sounds and graphics. TBS lets the game speak for itself. And their HD feed was crystal clear compared to ESPN. Give me a level headed guy instead of a yeller like Chris Bermann anyday!
