Sorry to say but I thought the show was bad. It was just bad.
The fight scenes where pathetic. Zoomed in for speed and unneeded. I would have gone with a more realistic style. Not to mention she is the freaken BIONIC woman what does she need to know all that for.
I especially hated the part when they said ‘its the woman in you that makes you strong not the machine’ cough cough BS. If I have a robot arm that can bend metal I think the robot arm can take some credit. Don’t try to feed me this BS Chinese, karate kid wisdom crap. Try to keep it real.
I like the scenes where they show her working out and getting stronger. It appears over time she is developing her strength and skill. Then in the next sequence they say she has only been there three days. Unless this is the matrix you can’t learn karate in three days and you can’t get any stronger in three days.
I say is will be off the air in one season of less.

I really wanted the show to be good, but you are right, they have to step it up to compete with the hilarious Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares. I watched the first one and I gave them a break because it's the first show and they have to establish the characters and what not, but i tried to watch it last night and it was boring me.
And I found it strange that she was able to fight the other Bionic women in the first place. Just because you have strength doesn't mean you all of a sudden know how to fight.

I agree. I thought I'd give it a try but it's lame. Anyways, Jamie Summers had blonde hair, a tennis pro, and was injured in a plane crash. There wasn't a plot to dismember her and re-attach her. It's silly to think her boyfriend was behind the crash knowing she had a sister to care for. It's effects aren't realistic either. Why does she have to lift weights -- she threw a militia guy into a wall last night. Don't you think that's enough.
I agree by mid season it's gone.

i admire the coach, yet i'm not in love with it. I choose the older version often. they did not do too undesirable for loss of technologies returned then. the present actress is okay. i'm nevertheless giving her an excellent gamble for some extra episodes. I do merely like the reality they switched the sister around because of the fact I observed the deaf sister interior the unique pilot, and he or she wasn't an excellent character. If something, i admire the sci-fi concept and seeing the computing gadget pictures occurring. i'm going to be exciting to work out if the coach makes it to a 2d season!

The whole learning karate in 3 days was explained by her trainer. He told her that the bionics learn and remember moves. So her bionic arm, legs, etc help her learn faster.

Just starting out and so far its been crap. Why kill off her man? He could have helped her more,but he like all sciencist have to go to make way for the "pretty eggheads and other nerds". So yes it will be like NBC of the following years before..........CANCELLED! Linsey Wagnor yes this chick HELL FREAKIN NO! Wasnt there a deaf girl there in one scene and her daughter in the next? Or is the deaf girl her sister?

I totally agree. It's like they are rushing through everything to keep people interested but it is having the opposite effect on me becasue the way they are going about it is bad fight scenes and corny dialogue.

I grew up watching the one with Lindsay Wagner and I think it would have been better to use the old story line instead of this one!!!! I watched a little of it then changed to Ghost Hunters. Much better show!!!!!!

I could not tell what the hell was going on in the fight scenes with all the zoming and the camera moving.
I wouldn't care if they burnt the tapes of it, or just took it of the air.
Bionic Woman is crap.

the first one was okay but last nights was boring and I fell asleep and I guess I should count my blessings for that .I think it will be gone by mid season as well . good luck .

i agree. i didn't even bother with the second episode. i won't tarnish my memories of the REAL bionic woman, lindsay wagner.
